Aerobic exercise is a moderately intense physical activity, which improves your cardiorespiratory fitness and your overall health. Aerobic exercise counts as a stipulated physical activity that causes you to breathe hard and sweat. This exercise has a continuous beat or rhythm to it which indulges all your large muscle groups.
Feeling better about yourself (and your body) can be as simple as getting in a 1-hour sweat sesh a day. The boosts in confidence don’t come from physical change, but rather the emotional shift that happens when you allow yourself to de-stress and focus on your wellbeing.
